In todays hectic and corporate marketplace, it's rare that customers get to know who they're buying their products from.

When Raul Rossell first opened Lemon Rags in December 2005, he wanted it to be a small and friendly neighborhood specialty shop which focuses on the basic wardrobe staple: the T-shirt.

And not just any t-shirt, but good quality tees from the best selection of tees around. Raul is always finding a variety of hard-to-find designs in the most comfortable tshirt jerseys available to men, women and children.

With Raul’s background in music recording, he has created a vision of a down-to-earth, rock n’ roll, eco-friendly independent t-shirt shop.

There is a t-shirt for everyone; popular tee shirt lines include: premium rock line Trunk LTD., women's boutique, the rock-star-influenced line Worn Free, military influenced A. Kurtz, and the enormously popular Junk Food brand, to name a few. Lemon Rag’s own line of tees “Corporate Retail Still Sucks” was inspired by the T-shirt “Corporate Magazines Still Stuck”, which Kurt Cobain wore on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine.

Since it’s opening, Lemon Rags has quickly become the “mecca” for tee shirt lovers. Raul Rossell proudly thanks Lemon Rags strong success to its tshirt loving patrons, which include neighbors, celebrities and musicians. After just 2 years of doing business in Burbank, they quickly moved to their second store on the south side of Ventura Blvd., in Studio City, and offer merchandise online as well.
